Would this setup be fine for a chameleon?

ok so my dads friend is selling a setup it is an exo terra viv its 45x45x60cm (LxWxH) i was wondering how long could a chameleon survive in here before i bought a new tank also it has a uvb lamp and heat mat so would i need a heat bulb if i had a heat lamp thank you,,,,,,,
