Does Sade 's band split the money up or does she get more money than the rest of the instrument members ?

I have always been curious, I love Sade and have been curious how the music industry works. Does the lead singer get more money than the rest of the of the musicians in the band, since she is singing and doing most of the hardwork. Or do they all evenly split the same amount of money evenly among the groups. I plan on going to see Sade this summer. But one ticket ranges from 80-400 depending, so I am just curious how they determine the money when the go on tour, since I know that is where most of the money is made?
