Hey, Im 16 years old almost 17 and im a body builder but also a smoker. I smoke two cigarettes a day cause ive been cutting down and doing very well at it. Im just wondering when is it good to take a cigarette after you workout? Is it good after you eat all your protein or.. ? And if you do a nice hardwork out that day and you smoke like say 6 hours later would that still effect your muscles? Give me some advice please. Thanks.
