I m studying in a average private medical college and i have 60% mark in anat,65% in biochem,70% in physio...?

these are my average scores in internal,,,,,,,,,,,,but to curse my luck i have shortage of attendance in anat and biochem......anat is 62% and biochem 60%...........i was suffering from health problem......i have managed to score always excellent with my hardwork but i m detained in first yr due to shortage of attendance.... is it fair and will i become a good doctor????????????helppppppppppppppppppp…
