Iam having 30 arrears.i have finished the course but i want to clear my arrears?

hi Iam ashok from Chennai.Iam doing my b.e in under Anna university affiliated college..due to my weak knowledge in English and subjects,i cant understand the subjects.i am ready to do hardwork but i cant understand the subjects.so please guide me to clear my arrears
