What's up with me?!!?!? Please help!?!?

Well since as far as I can remember I've always had the feeling someone/something was watching me. I sometimes see silhouettes Of things running in my house. And that it might hurt me. Or not. I don't know. Just typing this makes me scared. Lately I've been really scared when I'm home alone, or even when my mom closes her door. When I was six, I woke up early and my moms room was ruby next to mine. I knew she was awake so still in my bed, I asked what time it was. Then a shadow came in my room. It was dark, so I thought it was my mom. It was reaching. I though it was looking for he light, but I realized it was reaching for me. I got so scared I quickly reached for the light, and when I turned it on my lamp exploded. I screamed and my mom came in and picked me up. I was crying like crazy. I will absolutely never forget that. It really scared me. Also, for about a month when I went to bed I say like a weird silhouette on the ceiling. I just really want to know what's up because I'm so scared and creeped out now. Please dont say my house is haunted because I recently moved. PLEASE help me because I'm really scared and dont know what to do I'm almost crying now please help!!!!!!!!
