Wells Fargo did not close my account!!!?

Stand your ground on Friday with the head banker and refuse (literally) to leave until this matter is sorted. This amount is well within the descretion of the head banker without reference to any higher authority. Personally, I would also claim for time and inconvenience as it is totally their fault and they would be very quick to charge you if you made an error.
