Summer workout plan (bodyweight only). Will this help me shed fat and gain muscle?

If you are on a proper diet you will get ripped on this program but you will not gain significant muscle mass. Your body fat will go down but body weight exercises will not build the mass you are looking for. You should add free weight exercises in your program.
