My project manager demands money from me.i want to make complain against him,how?

I am working as a contractor,my ,p.m,is taking money from me as a bribe.He increased my rate at which i hv been working,(after lots of saying),which is logically mine.but,he is taking all increased amount,i am doing hardwork their,so,i should get benefits,but he is getting benefit , i am getting loss.please help me.i want to open his this type of earnings, in public.he is totally corrupt guy.
