Is it true that rigorous hard-work & dedication can change a person's destiny & he can achieve all he wants?

It is damn sure that it is not luck that keeps u sucessfull,it is the hardwork that keeps u confident and encouraging.If the things are delayed, hardwork is said to be postponed,so always do the things in the right time,success follows u.Also there is a saying that :"Where there is a will there is a way",if u wish it from ur heart there are positive vibrations which will make it true..this is scientifically proven.i think u can understand this.
