I worked in deloitte as software analyst for past one year .but want to change company now. should i?

i worked in deloitte as software analyst (fresher) for past one year . i worked very hard and gained a lot of experience but my appraisal wasnt that good. my hardwork feels abused. i want to change company , how much hike in pkg should i expect?>
