How much Work/Money to get 20 grape vines planted this summer!?

20 is a lot,and a lot of work.I have been working with 3 vines for two years now.Hopefully I'll have enough grapes this year for wine.Sounds like you got a good start.Dad has about 20 vines and has been making his own wine since 1996.Some years are better then others.Must just be the crazy weather here in Illinois.Give them miracle grow this first year,that will help promote growth and get a good root system set up.Do not prune them this year or next,let them get established.The third year in early spring will be the time to prune.Always prune in early spring before any growth starts.Other then that I really can't say much.It's kind of a trial and error process of learning depending on your variety and climate.Once they are established they are pretty hardy.Good Luck and have fun.
