Crown trouble after only 2 years...please help!?

If you wisdom tooth is impacted, you could see it yourself on your bitewing x rays. If the roots were removed by the endodontist, then it is not decay that you would feel. Use Sensodyne toothpaste or the like. Floss with a tool. It might be TMJ from the clenching. Your jaws may not be aligned. If you still have pain, seek another opinion. Also, avoid sticky candy. Don't brush at the root area with abrasive toothpaste. At that area, clear the brush, apply mouth wash, and clean deep into the surface below the gum. Look at your X rays to study them for yourself. There could be something there, but it could be blocked from vision even with X rays.
