Could u read through my work and offer some suggestions pls?

This defiantly got my attention. I just found a few mistakes. You mean, "filled with luxury and nothing else." And "I believe that you and I have the moral duty.." Other than that, it was great. If you continue with this, I think it would be a good idea to understand why some people would want to be in prison. Lots of people in the ghetto never had proper education or a good family. It's just something to look into.
